Dr. Stephanie Wellington received her medical degree at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed Pediatric Residency and Neonatal Fellowship training at New York University School of Medicine. Her passion for teaching, the wellbeing of others, and the desire to support NICU families guided her to compliment her medical career with becoming a certified professional coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Physicians care for people at vulnerable times in life. Who cares for physicians? This has given birth to Nurturing MDs, a sacred space where medical professionals embrace the life skills and strategies for a life and medical career that satisfies their soul. She is a speaker, coach, workshop facilitator, and creator of Lessons in Life and Medicine, a core curriculum for medical professionals to own their value, recognize their strengths and balance their life.

Dr. Amr Samir Abdelaal Mohamed is a Senior Specialist General Pediatrics with vast experience in Neonatology. Prior to joining Nation Hospital, Dr. Amr was part of NICU team in Al Corniche hospital in Abu Dhabi for more than 11 years (2006-2017). Previously, he worked in: • Infectious Diseases Hospital in Kuwait 2005-2006. • Al Kahraba Hospital in Egypt 2000-2005. • International Hospital of Bahrain 1997-2000. • Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital in KSA 1995-1997. • Abdel-Kader Fahmy Hospital in Egypt 1993-1995. • Ain-Shams University Children Hospital in Egypt 1990-1993. Dr. Amr has graduated from Egypt in 1989. He got his Master’s degree in Pediatrics in 1993 and Medical Doctorate (M.D.) degree in Pediatrics in 2015, all from faculty of Medicine, Ain-Shams University in Cairo, Egypt.

Doctor Jesus Perez is medical con PhD in Public Administration and Master in Direction of hospitals and public health. He collaborated in institutions of social health directing the activities in the prevention of health in the children and major adult population. It was as manager in university educational institutions, for the formation of human resources in health and developed different forums blockhouse for the learning of the students, including the 9o National Congress of the Research in the University Valley of Mexico. At the moment he is Director of an institution private Healthy in Mexico City.

My interests are mainly in the business affairs that overweight child, and obesity perspective changes and a fine of nutrition. The current issue of vaccination schematics in Mexico, the prevention of serious pain that put at risk the lives of minors of 9.

Dr. Battibugli is a pediatric orthopedic surgeon who specializes in treating cerebral palsy and other complex neuromuscular conditions with emphasis on function and quality of life. Her multidisciplinary and evidence based approach is founded on more than 10 years clinical and research experience as faculty of Federal University of Sao Paulo - Brazil. Relocated to Dubai 5 years ago, currently working at The Children’s Medical Centre. Her Pediatric Orthopedic training was done at the Memorial Children's Hospital in Chicago, USA and Shriners Hospital for Children in Lexington, KY, USA. Dr Battibugli is a passionate advocate of individualized and interdisciplinary management of neuromuscular diseases affecting immature musculoskeletal system, focusing on early diagnosis and intervention, single event multilevel surgery with a custom made technique and surgical dosage according to patient’s functional level. She works closely with therapists that promotes active, intensive and task specific motor training enhancing opportunities for neuplasticity and improvement of functional outcomes.

Main Interests: Evidence based Medicine Systematic Literature Review Management and clinical research on neuromuscular disorders; as Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida and Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita. Congenital foot and lower limb deformities and other congenital and acquired musculoskeletal pathologies in children.

Dr. Wadah M. Khriesat was graduated from medical school /Jordan University in 1994, and finish higher Specialization degree in pediatric and the Jordanian board in 1999, he did a perinatal neonatal fellowship at hospital for sick children /Toronto University /Canada 2003 since then I joined Jordan university of science and Technology and currently he is a professor of pediatrics and Neonatology and Head of Pediatric Department and have more than 30 publication related to pediatrics and Neonatology

Dr. Parkin has been a practicing Medical Intuitive for several years. She earned her PhD in Energy Medicine through an innovative program designed by Dr. Norm Shealy and Dr. Caroline Myss. Dr. Parkin previously spent many years in nursing and holds a degree in Sociology and Psychology. She also teaches Health and Empowerment seminars worldwide and has founded the International College of Medical Intuition, Inc (2002) which has locations in Hawaii, Vancouver and NY. Dr. Parkin’s focus is reaching medical professionals such as nurses to further incorporate intuition for healing in the workplace. Her courses are practical and based on intuitive as well as scientific knowledge.

Dr. Parkin completed a formal research study (Clinical Depression) on Sound Frequencies affect the physiology of the body as well as years of data collection on the efficacy of applied intuition as a therapeutic tool.

Professor Mohammed El-Beltagi graduated from Tanta faculty of Medicine, Egypt, in 1993, and acquired M.Sc in Pediatrics in 1998 and Medical Doctorate in Pediatrics in 2005. He is currently a Professor in Pediatrics in Pediatric Department, Faculty of Medicine Tanta University, Egypt and he is a consultant Pediatrician and Head of Department in University Medical Center, King Abdulla Medical City, Kingdom of Bahrain. He published many publications in high ranked scientific journals and he is peer reviewer and editor in many International Medical Journals. He also authored many scientific books and book chapters in the field of Pediatrics.

Professor Khalid S. AlGelban, MBBS, MD, SSCFM, CABFM, JBFM is a Professor and Consultant of Family Medicine Department of Family and Community Medicine, College of Medicine, King Khalid University, Abha, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Algelban is the auther of Family Medicine: A practical approach Textbook He is Ex- Vice president of King Khalid University for Health Specialities and Ex- Vice predident of King khalid Univetsity Medical City . He dedicated to supporting the highest standards of Clinical and academic excellence Globally.

His research interests are in Psyciatry , Cardivascular Risk Factors , Health Services .

Mohamed Abou seif Badawi is Pediatric & Neonatal Consultant working in the Pediatric Department of The New Al Qassimi Women and Children Hospital . He received his MBBCH from Ain Shams University Medical College in 1990 , one of the top ranked & best universities in Egypt . He trained at the Pediatric Department of Ain Shams University hospital ,Cairo, Egypt ,had Master Degree in pediatric from the same university in 1995 . He is member of Royal College of Pediatric and Child Health since 2009.He had Arab Board for medical specialization in pediatric in 2012. Dr. Badawi is faculty at Dubai Medical College for Girl, Hospital based Instructor for NRP. He is A member of many societies ( BAPM ,RCPCH, EAP, ESPINIC, ESICM and more ) . He had been in the field of neonatology over last 28 years . He is interested in neonatal Ventilation ,neurology and Nutrition . He did many quality improvement projects in Neonatology including reduction of the incidence of ROP in premature, Reduction of neonatal hypothermia on admission to NICU ,reduction of the PICC associated complications in NICU . Beside his clinical interest in neonatology and management of extreme preterm, He is interested in clinical research and publication

Dr. Amr Hawal is a Pediatrician and Neonatologist whose experience in the field spans 20 years, backed by a higher education degree from Ain Shams University in Egypt, one of the oldest and top ranking universities in the MENA region. He is known for his astute skills in evaluation and strong passion for improving healthcare and wellbeing. He is pioneering an open and contextual evaluation model based on constructive responses, which has led in the creation of new methods to improve pediatric healthcare, neonatology and pediatric nutrition. Dr. Amr has established this model following his years of experiences in medical practice, research and evaluation, and teaching and administration in hospitals and medical universities in the reigion, including Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Dr. Amr has published several studies in reputable international journals in neonatology and pediatric nutrition. He has also presented his findings in prestigious international conferences and symposia.

Dr. Hala Shalaby has completed her Medical college from Zagazig University in Egypt at 1989, then got DCH from the same university at 1996 and finally passed MRCPCH and become a membership in the Royal College of Pediatric and childhood in London/England since 2015. She is a senior Registrar of Pediatric and Neonates in Riyadh Care hospital in Riyadh and I have been working there for 15 years. She has published last year in Journal of 5th International Conference on Pediatric Nursing & Health in Cologne Germany and presented many lectures in Saudi Arabia
